Musical Baby Yoga is suitable from 10 weeks to actively crawling.
Due to popular demand we have managed to arrange a couple of Musical Baby Yoga sessions before Christmas. You can attend one or both sessions and you book them individually. They are running on Tuesday 9th December and Tuesday 16th December 9.30am to 11am With the last session being so close to Christmas I'm sure a couple of Christmas tunes will creep into the playlist. My Babytime Baby Yoga is a fantastic way to nurture and support your baby’s development by improving muscle strength and tone, coordination, and balance. Yoga offers your baby physical stimulation as well as calming techniques. The classes will be in the lovely spacious siblings' room at Ruby’s Fund. Each session is relaxed and baby-led so parents may stop the activity any time and listen to or answer their baby's needs and all babies are welcome along with their sounds and moods. What sets My Babytime apart from other Yoga classes is that our course not only covers Baby Yoga gentle stretches and relaxation, but we incorporate upbeat nursery rhymes and popular tunes to our sessions along with sensory play and a light show in the room. The babies absolutely love the active, rhythmic yoga movements combined with sensory stimulation. We have a flexible start time as each class starts with refreshments and toast for 30 minutes, allowing time to arrive, settle your baby, chat with other parents and have a hot drink, toast or a cake. We also allow time after the class for you to chat and feed your baby and we have some comfy sofas around the room where you may sit. The cost of each session is £10 which includes tuition, refreshments, toast and snacks, Yoga handouts and a link to some of the tunes to practice at home. If you book both sessions (9th & 16th) you will receive a Baby Yoga graduation certificate with their footprints on. The minimum age for this class is 10 weeks to actively crawling away. Cancellation Policy
Full terms and conditions and our cancellation policy are available on request. All our Boogietime sessions can be pre-booked or you can drop-in and pay on the door. All Boogietime classes accept cards, cash or bank transfer. We do not offer refunds once you have booked online but if you need to cancel your place please let us know and we will carry your booking forward to the following week. You can also transfer your booking to a friend. Baby Massage, Baby Yoga and Fun & Sign Courses require full payment at the time of booking. Our Refund table is as follows:- Three weeks notice - 100% refund minus £5 admin and card charges Two weeks notice - 50% refund. One weeks notice 25% refund. We are a very accommodating company and as parents ourselves we understand that situations beyond your control may arise in the early days.
