Service Description
My Babytime Mini Memories are themed sessions designed to help you create beautiful keepsakes and treasured photo memories with your baby. SESSION DETAILS: Each session lasts 75 minutes. Once you have completed your craft and visited all the photo stations, you are welcome to leave at any time. Last year, families took around 45 minutes on average, so the extra time lets you enjoy the session without feeling rushed. We kindly ask that you leave the room promptly when the session ends so we can clean and prepare for the next group. We are initially running two sessions, each limited to 16 babies: • Tuesday 13th October, 9.15am – 10.30am • Tuesday 13th October, 11am – 12.15pm Please do not arrive before your session start time, as we will be setting up the room and you will be asked to wait in reception. If your chosen session is full, please add yourself to the waitlist. WHATS INCLUDED: • Personalised Wooden Halloween Craft: in previous years this has included Pumpkin Bottom plaques and Footprint Ghosts. • At least five photo stations: Halloween backdrops, props, outfits and pumpkins, plus our Neon Halloween dark room (see photos). HOW IT WORKS: When you arrive, simply make your way around the different areas and capture your photos on your own phone. You are welcome to bring an additional adult free of charge to help. Charlotte will be printing the crafts, and Paula will be on hand to assist with photos. If your baby has a Halloween outfit, please bring it along. We also have a selection of outfits and props available to borrow. Ruby's Café will be open for refreshments, which you are welcome to bring upstairs (a lift is available). PRICE £18 per session (no additional charge for twins). PLEASE NOTE: This session is suitable for newborns up to crawling babies only. Due to the set-up and props used, we are unable to accommodate toddlers or pre-schoolers. Ruby's soft play centre will be open downstairs during the sessions. Cancellation Policy
All our Mini Memories sessions must be pre-booked in advance. Additional adults may attend free of charge and you do not need to book these on. Please select the correct number of babies so that we have enough crafts. Dues to the nature of this session and the props we use we are unable to accommodate infants and toddlers who are walking. As this is a special event, free class and comeback vouchers are not valid for payment for this session. We are a very accommodating company and as parents ourselves we understand that situations beyond your control may arise in the early days and you may need to cancel your place but we are also a small company and the way this session is set up we are working with much smaller numbers and need to fill all the spaces to make this cost effective as a company. If you need to cancel this session with at least 24 hours notice please contact us on mobile/whatsapp 07590 025253 we can release your space to be resold to our waitlist but ONLY IF WE HAVE AT LEAST 24 HOURS NOTICE. If you need to cancel within 24 hours of the class start time you may pass your place on to another parent but we are unable to refund your place as we won't have time to fill the space.
